Valentines Day.
A February Valentines Cake. Totally PINK. I love Pink. I hope the recipients of this cake love pink as much as I do!
Level Two- Weeks 2 & 3.
Yes, I am the only one in the class this go 'round. And yes, because I am so talented, we whipped through two weeks in ONE class. Here are the products:
This is the violet.
This is the apple blossom.
This is the Primrose.
This is the Wilton Rose.... I only made two of those. My instructor made the third one. Can you tell who made what?..... I didn't think so.
This is the Daffodil.
These dry hard in case you were wondering. The ones on wax paper aren't dry yet so I didn't remove them. But they look great!
Know When To Hold 'Em.
For a poker party. Hard to see but the cake sides look like legs of a table too. I am very pleased with how this turned out.
It's My Birthday!
Happy Birthday to Me! I'm so glad I was born! I think everyone in my family would agree with this cake!
I was practicing my lines... I am aware they are not perfect. :)

2yr Old Birthday Bear.
Attempted to make a Bear Princess.... did not accomplish said task. At least I know it tasted good!
An Elegant Birthday Cake for an Elegant Lady.
Who would have thought she's as old as she is? She looks so young!
I did not come up with this idea on my own. Saw it in a Wilton magazine. Thought it looked pretty cool. Very easy to complete. It JUST ABOUT fits into my carrying case..... 10 x 10.
2 Hearts for 2 Friends.
I was practicing again and gave these cakes to two of my good friends. Later that night and next day the verdict was, "I can't stop eating my cake!" YES! Success!
Looks totally professional once they are in a box too. February is the best month of the year by the way!
